Robert at the Royal
On the 11th of April, Robert transferred from the NRH to the Royal Hospital in Donnybrook: the move went well and he’s very comfortable and enjoying the quiet, I think.
The staff are all very kind and attentive to Robert, and to us, his family. He is minded beautifully, continuing the excellent care he got at the NRH and before that St James’s. Robert’s also been at SVUH (twice) and at each hospital he has received nothing but the best attention. We are grateful to every single nurse, doctor, care assistant, and therapist who has worked with Robert – their dedication and commitment helped us get where we are right now. Forever in their debt.
It’s good news that Robert is at the Royal, and with the lovely gardens and summer on the way we’ll be able to get outside and explore.
My apologies for the quiet blog – computer trouble again. Trying to work around it so please bear with me.
